I\u2019ve been passionate about fitness my whole life. I grew up playing soccer and running track through college, and after earning my degree in Exercise Science<\/strong>, I started working as a personal trainer. Over time, I realized that most fitness programs were built around one-size-fits-all routines that didn\u2019t truly meet people\u2019s needs.<\/p>\n

In 2017, a knee injury changed everything for me. During my rehab, I discovered how smart, personalized training<\/strong> could rebuild strength faster and more sustainably than any cookie-cutter plan. That experience inspired me to create PeakForm Fitness<\/strong> \u2014 a company built on the belief that effective fitness starts with understanding the individual.<\/p>\n

What began as a few personal training sessions in a small studio has grown into a digital platform that helps people around the world stay consistent, motivated, and injury-free. My mission is to make professional-level coaching accessible to everyone by combining human expertise<\/strong> with smart technology<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
